Dale Halm is the Founder and Managing Principal of Dale Halm Consulting, LLC. He has held multiple leadership positions for a Fortune 50 company and has worked with IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, Quality Control, Human Resources, and Supply Chain organizations. Dale has contributed significantly to record setting start-up operations and large-scale change initiatives resulting in multi-million dollar cost savings.
Dale’s extensive experience includes various training and organization development roles at Intel, Freescale Semiconductor, and Arizona Public Service Company. He is a Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) and holds both a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University. In addition, he completed MIT’s Applied Organizational Learning Program and is a certified instructor for Power & System’s Organization Workshop.
Dale has been recognized as an “OD Expert” by the Best Practices Institute and is renowned as a master facilitator, change agent, and executive coach. He is the author of The Excellence Agenda: Practices for Transforming Relationships & Workplaces and a contributing author of the book, Best Practices in Leadership Development and Organizational Change. His writings on change management have been featured in Western Energy Magazine and in the OD Practitioner Journal. Dale has been a speaker at numerous business conferences, the Phoenix CEO Group, and the Noyce Foundation. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Organization Development Network.
