As small business owners, we know how busy you are, but being a Mentee does require accountability and commitment for change. Here is a overview of what to expect as part of the program:

  • 26 weeks of one-to-one mentoring
  • in-person meetings, but could be conducted over the phone or webinar for convenience
  • frequency will typically be weekly meetings, to keep things moving forward
  • duration is usually 60-90 minutes
  • location can vary and include your office, our office or in a public venue
  • homework is almost always assigned to the Mentee and required to be completed as agreed
  • guidance will be directed toward the goals the Mentee and Mentor establish
  • Mentor will push the Mentee outside their comfort zone as part of the learning process
